Annabelle Hart is the CEO and founder of Hart Awakening. She is a teacher, practitioner, ceremonialist, mentor and international best-selling author who channels and communes closely with Ancient Medicines and Modalities including: Yoga, Plant Medicines, Emotional Freedom Technique and Shamanism.
